Our signature program, YOURStory, offers a personalized experience centered around each resident, incorporating services, amenities, activities, dining, and more. Everything is carefully designed for you, but more importantly, defined by you.

Daily YOURStory activity programming, including:
- Cultural, education programs
- Health/wellness programs
- Scheduled outings and other special events
- Music therapy
- Art therapy
- Pet therapy
- Exercise and fitness programs
- Trained Personal Care Specialists available 24 hours a day
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Licensed nursing staff on site 24 hours a day
- Ongoing monitoring of health and wellness
- Housekeeping and linen services

- All utilities (except telephone)
YOURStory programming is individually developed to include favorite hobbies and activities, as well as create opportunities to learn and pursue new endeavors.
